2. Payment

After quotation is accepted. For custom design, $10 to $20 deposit needs to be collected before design will done and shown to you.

You can make some minor changes before production.

Balance payment is to be collected after design is finalized and before production.

If you provide your own design, full payment is to be collected before production.

3. Lead time

Depending on volume of other pending orders and your new order.

The time from design, production to delivery can take 1 to 2 weeks for stickers/stamps, 2 to 3 weeks for non-adhesive tags.

To allow us to have enough time to deliver by your desired date, you can place order by placing a deposit 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

4. Delivery

Orders will be sent by SingPost registered mail. 

The delivery slip will need to be signed by recipient. If no one is around to receive the item, a delivery advice will be left by SingPost.

For rush order, courier service is at additional $5.
